Who operates this site
medicalsrv.co.il is operated by Service 111 Business Computing Ltd., 4 HaTe'ena Street, Mazkeret Batya 7684624, P.O.B. 5272, Israel. The site presents the IT services we provide to healthcare organisations and lets you contact us.
Lior Levi serves as the Company's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO). He is responsible for client information security and privacy, from permissions and system protection through to meeting the requirements of the law, and he is the contact point for privacy enquiries.
What this site collects
This site collects data in exactly one place: the contact form. There are no user accounts, no online purchasing and no comment system.
When you submit the form we receive the details you entered:
- Full name (required)
- Organisation name (optional)
- Email address (required)
- Phone number (required)
- Subject and message (optional)
Automatically collected data
Alongside the enquiry we store technical data used to block automated submissions and to investigate faults:
- The IP address the enquiry was sent from
- The time it was sent and the interface language
- The page it was sent from
- Ordinary server logs (request time, address, browser type), retained briefly for security and operations
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and passes no data to advertising networks.
The site stores two display preferences in your browser using localStorage: light or dark mode, and the choices you made in the accessibility toolbar. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Notification duty under section 11 of the Law
You are under no legal obligation to provide the details in the form. You provide them voluntarily so that we can get back to you. Without an email address or a phone number we cannot reply.
The data is provided for one purpose: answering your enquiry and handling it in our service desk. We make no further use of it.
Who receives the data
The enquiry is delivered to a Company mailbox and becomes a service ticket in our internal ticketing system. It is accessible only to the relevant Company employees.
We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Transfer may occur only to infrastructure providers we rely on to operate the service (site hosting and mail), under agreements requiring confidentiality and information security, or where required by law or court order.
Where the data is held and for how long
Data is held on servers managed by the Company and protected by technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, two-factor authentication for remote access, monitoring and backup.
An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for a reasonable period for service continuity and record keeping, then deleted. An enquiry that becomes a business engagement is retained as part of the client record, in line with the record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
Medical data
This site is not intended to collect medical data and does not collect any. Please do not enter patient medical details in the form.
In the course of the IT services we provide to clients, medical data may be held on servers and infrastructure we manage for them. In that case the data remains owned and controlled by the client and we act solely as a holder, under the service agreement and the Law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you have the right:
- To review the data we hold about you
- To request correction of data that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date
- To request deletion of data
- To contact us with any question about how the data is handled
